How do I offer event pricing on my AVVAY location?

AVVAY enables hosts to offer an event rate for their location. This is a different than your standard hourly rate and is useful if you would like to charge a different amount specifically for reservations with a larger amount of attendees.

VIDEO: How to turn on event pricing (variable pricing)

To turn on event pricing follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your AVVAY account.
  2. Access your location directly from your dashboard or click “Reservations for your spaces” in main navigation.
  3. Click the “Edit” button below your location. 
  4. Click the “Deposit, Hours and Rates” link in the location editing sidebar. 
  5. Scroll down to the “Event Settings & Additional Fees” section and turn on the event setting using the checkbox labeled "Turn on". 

  6. Input the amount of attendees that triggers event pricing for your potential guest.
  7. If you would like to add an additional fee for events, add the fee name and amount. 
  8. Lastly, scroll down to “Availability and Pricing” and input the event rates for days your location is open. You may use different rates for individual days. Click “Save and Continue”. Event pricing is now turned on for all your potential guests.
