I need to cancel a guest’s reservation, how do I do that?
- Contact the guest. You may be able to work with them to reschedule a time. If not, you can cancel a reservation by clicking the “Cancel” button on your reservation in the Your Spaces section of your dashboard.
- You have 24 hours to refund any money owed to the guest based on your locations’s cancellation policy.
Please note: Your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended at the discretion of the AVVAY staff. In addition, we reserve the right to adjust your rating and deduct a punitive fee from your next booking(s) to make up for any losses incurred by AVVAY due to the cancellation.
