I need to cancel a guest’s reservation, how do I do that?
If you need to cancel, you can do so by clicking the red “Cancel” button on the reservation details page in the Host section of your dashboard.
Refunds will be automatically issued to the Guest in accordance with your cancellation policy. If you cancel the reservation, the refund will be processed automatically, including applicable Stripe processing fees, which will be deducted from your account.
Please note: Your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended at the discretion of the AVVAY team. We also reserve the right to adjust your rating and apply additional fees to account for any losses incurred due to the cancellation.
