I need to cancel a guest’s reservation, how do I do that?

  1. Contact the guest. You may be able to work with them to reschedule a time. If not, you can cancel a reservation by clicking the “Cancel” button on your reservation in the Your Spaces section of your dashboard.
  2. You have 24 hours to refund any money owed to the guest based on your locations’s cancellation policy.

Please note: Your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended at the discretion of the AVVAY staff. In addition, we reserve the right to adjust your rating and deduct a punitive fee from your next booking(s) to make up for any losses incurred by AVVAY due to the cancellation.
