I need to cancel a reservation, how do I do that?

  1. Contact the host. You may be able to work with them to reschedule a time. If not, you can cancel a reservation by clicking the “Cancel” button on your reservation in the Reservations section of your dashboard.
  2. The host has 24 hours to refund you any money owed to you based on their cancellation policy. Please note the credit card processing fee will not be refunded. If we can help, please email us at support@avvay.com.
